The focus of Tri- City's coaching staff is dedicated to understanding every move, twitch, fear, or bad habit, and build a better player from within through strength, endurance, and fundamentals. It has been an absolute joy watching these kids turn into incredible players and young respectful men/ladies. The staff at impact performance make this place the best gym in town. You can tell the quality and education of the coaches is much higher than other gyms by the way they teach and work with you. The environment is extremely energetic and fun, the staff is always positive, and the results really do happen. I don't leave here feeling destroyed and hurt all the time, but yet I've made personal gains that I've never made before doing other programs.
