Best auto repair shop in Hiram, Georgia (GA) 2024

Thomas the owner was very unprofessional! He didn’t have any of the right tools needed to finish the job. He took my car a part and said he was going home for the day and would return the next morning bright and early with the right tools and fix my car. The next day came and he didn’t show up. I called him and it kept going to voicemail. I left him several messages and he has not returned any of my calls. I had my friend call from their phone and he picked up his phone immediately. So this leads me to believe he has blocked my calls and is intentionally dodging me because he can’t fix my car. My car is worst than before he touched it. My car is in pieces sitting on my driveway and i can’t have it towed to professionals because it’s in hundreds of pieces. BEWARE OF HIS SCAM! He took my money and didn’t fix my car. ~dino

Hale replaced the evaporator core and heating core in my car - a big job. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They kept me updated regularly. I will definitely be taking my car them in the future and strongly recommend them. Many thanks to Zach and the technician who did the work! ~Mary
