We have been to Walgreen’s Pharmacy in Jasper just a few times and that’s enough. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered at any drugstore. Not willing to help or go out of their way at all. This is every single time. Just asking a simple question to one particular Pharmacist (can’t remember her name) was a sin. She never smiles and super unfriendly. There is no excuse for this. Will never get my business again and I am sure they don’t care. ~Melody

Will only go here for cigarettes and gas!! He is so friendly and just after the second time in the store he remembered what kind of cigarettes and has them waiting on me when I get to the counter. Great customer service!!! ~Christine

Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. I’m from a small town of 1100 people and my home town pharmacy(no name pharmacy) could fill my prescriptions no problem. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve been to this Kroger Pharmacy and have gotten nothing but increased blood pressure and no medication. One lady(Kathy) said that my prescription wouldn’t be available for an hour( my doctor had faxed the refill over at noon) this was at 4 o clock yesterday 7/5 . Understandable so I said okay l, whatever so I returned today 7/6. The gentleman(Mathew) proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t on the truck. What do you mean?!? I’m a serious asthmatic. This medicine is what I use to breathe. I saw 3 containers of advair yesterday so it just all magically disappeared off the shelf? I understand everyone needs their medicine, but in the same breathe……. Oh wait I won’t be able to BREATHE! The negligence along with the dishonesty within this pharmacy is a shame. I feel as if management or acting pharmacist with their pharmaceutical license needs to be evaluated and/or have privileges revoked. ~Chris

Loved this grocery store. The deli area alone makes it worth stopping in if you see one anywhere. They have so much more prepared salads, meals, etc., than your typical store and a huge make your own to go area. ~crazfox
