Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. I’m from a small town of 1100 people and my home town pharmacy(no name pharmacy) could fill my prescriptions no problem. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve been to this Kroger Pharmacy and have gotten nothing but increased blood pressure and no medication. One lady(Kathy) said that my prescription wouldn’t be available for an hour( my doctor had faxed the refill over at noon) this was at 4 o clock yesterday 7/5 . Understandable so I said okay l, whatever so I returned today 7/6. The gentleman(Mathew) proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t on the truck. What do you mean?!? I’m a serious asthmatic. This medicine is what I use to breathe. I saw 3 containers of advair yesterday so it just all magically disappeared off the shelf? I understand everyone needs their medicine, but in the same breathe……. Oh wait I won’t be able to BREATHE! The negligence along with the dishonesty within this pharmacy is a shame. I feel as if management or acting pharmacist with their pharmaceutical license needs to be evaluated and/or have privileges revoked.

We have been waiting on my husband’s medicine for a week now and it’s still not on the truck. We will be switching to a different pharmacy as they have plenty of supply. Someone at Kroger must not be handling their orders properly. No sympathy at all for their customers

Always have problems with getting prescriptions filled on time or even getting them filled. Don't wast your time with Kroger in Jasper

I only go there due to the med prices. I don't have insurance at the moment and their prices with goodrx saves me a bundle. But,this has to be the worst pharmacy ever,I have to stand in line for a really long time and with a bad back and leg pain,it's awful. They never inform you ahead of time that they are out of your meds,after that long wait in line only then are you told. Very unapologetic as well. No straight answer as to why the drive thru is closed and why the long lines? It's awful to say the least.

Very slow service, long wait times to pick up. The drive thru hasn’t been open for months. The line inside is down the isle and takes at least 45 minutes every single time. NOT ENOUGH STAFF!!! Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. They never answer the phone. They are out of stock often. Terrible pharmacy experience. When I’m out of refills I am switching pharmacies and never coming back.

These folks endure a lot of abuse. Yet, They are still so kind!!! They seem to always be busy too, with a short staff, so its always impressive on how quick the service is! The prices are also so much cheaper than other pharmacies! Its a 10/10 for me.

Very disappointed with the way I was treated today, Sunday August 1, 2021! I got to the pharmacy right at 6 which I know is closing time. There was a guy in front of me paying the lady at the register. She asked me if I had a question. I told her I was there to pick up my prescription, & that I had been notified by text that it was ready. She very rudely informed me she couldn't help me. Yes, I know it was closing time, & I should have been there sooner, however, the medication was ready, & there was no one behind me. The transaction could have been completed in less than a minute. I've been a customer at the store & pharmacy ever since it opened several years ago. My wife & I buy groceries & get our meds there. I have always been treated very well before, especially by a pharmacist named Tara. Unfortunately, it seems that all good things must end. Unless I change my mind, & I don't see that happening, I will no longer buy groceries or get my prescriptions refilled at Kroger. I am going to transfer my prescriptions to Walmart, & buy my groceries there too. I have worked in retail as both an assistant store manager, as well as a store manager. I always tried my best to go above & beyond for my customers. It's sad that one rotten apple can spoil the whole basket. Customer service is the back bone of any good business. One bad experience can cause a store to lose a good customer, especially with all the competition in the market place today.

Medications are called in, I give them plenty of time to get them ready. I usually wait 2-3 hours to be safe. Meds are still not ready even hours later. Or meds aren’t in stock and I wasn’t called and informed. Drive thru no longer an option so that means the sick people getting meds have to go inside and risk infecting others. Overall mostly disappointed with the fact that they can never have your medicine ready until 5+ hours later.

Great service, all my questions were answered. Helpful employees. They are having to cut hours on the drive up, because of a lack of employees, like everyplace else right now. I always use drive through, so this was quite inconvenient for me personally.

Being a pharmacist myself, I can confirm this Kroger pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. If I didn’t pick up my groceries at the Kroger click list, I would bolt to another pharmacy. Staff is unfriendly, not helpful, and wait times are ridiculous - even for refills that are called in over the phone (in advance). If you are considering their services, seek out another pharmacy that staffs respectful people
