Man, the crew in this store were so helpful, I was taken aback. Had to change a tire to get back to LaGrange and they loaned me everything I needed with no problem. That's customer service at its finest. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts, you saved the day. ~Chrys

I walked in to have someone check my car to see what the fix finder report would say and I was greeted immediately by Javier and he walked me out and got the print out in less than 5 minutes...oh my gosh! Sweet and courteous service...loved it!!! Great asset to Auto Zone!!! ~Carol

The assistant manager Jesse is AMAZING!!! Not only is she sweet and professional but she saved me so much money. I came in to replace something and all it needed was a new battery. She took the time to put in a new battery AND tested it out for me. I ended paying HALF of what I originally came in to pay. Absolutely amazing person. She deserves a raise and a promotion!!
