Best video game store in Lawrenceville, Georgia (GA) 2024

Had to return some stuff I bought online so went to the GameStop inside the mall. The person working said that the company no longer does returns in store. This is a lie. They said it’s the new policy and may not have changed it online. Said we have to print out a shipping label and ship back to the company. Even said the manager said the same thing. This is not true. Called GameStop number and they said that is not true. Went to a different location and they processed the return right away. Told them about what happened at the sugarloaf location and they were also very confused and they said no such policy was ever made and we can definitely return to ANY GameStop location. Waste of my time. ~Hanh

Finally got the Xbox series S - thanks to (moxie?) for briefly holding it for me. Woot ~Robert
