Terrible service at this location. I was visiting Moultrie to settle an estate, and needed to replace my current Cricket Samsung phone. Stood at the display of the phone that I had intended to buy, and was ignored by the store staff for over 10 minutes. There were at least 4 other people in the store, sitting around on their phones. It was evident that they were not customers, but the staff's friends. When the store staff finally asked if I needed help, I asked to see a phone. I was told that it was too late to activate a phone. The store closes at 8:00 p.m. It was 7:45 p.m. I told him that I could change out the SIM Cards and set up the new phone myself. He just repeated that it was too late. I left and had to settle for a much lower quality phone from Walmart than I had intended to buy from the Cricket store. Very poor service. The manager should not let their staff have friends over to hang out in the store if it distracts the staff so much. Wasted trip. ~Jeff
