1. Service in Moultrie, especially by the Walgreens and by the hospital is NON-EXISTENT 2. I have 4 lines on my account. I have had this account for 5 years and pay on time every month. For some reason, they arbitrarily put one of my kids lines on the lost and stolen list and they keep turning off her phone! They have turned it on 4 times and off 4 times this week alone, and wait until closing hours to do it so I can't get it back on until the next business day. Y'all did it again today and when I was on the phone for 15 minutes 2ith y'all, you hung up on me...and it's conveniently after hours again!

Terrible service at this location. I was visiting Moultrie to settle an estate, and needed to replace my current Cricket Samsung phone. Stood at the display of the phone that I had intended to buy, and was ignored by the store staff for over 10 minutes. There were at least 4 other people in the store, sitting around on their phones. It was evident that they were not customers, but the staff's friends. When the store staff finally asked if I needed help, I asked to see a phone. I was told that it was too late to activate a phone. The store closes at 8:00 p.m. It was 7:45 p.m. I told him that I could change out the SIM Cards and set up the new phone myself. He just repeated that it was too late. I left and had to settle for a much lower quality phone from Walmart than I had intended to buy from the Cricket store. Very poor service. The manager should not let their staff have friends over to hang out in the store if it distracts the staff so much. Wasted trip.

Martha was excellent with helping me get a new phone and even took the time to put the screen protector on and set up my HBO account, and helped me quickly and even helped me get a month discount with my card and a government program!!!

Went in to upgrade my old device and Ms. Lisa was very helpful! I enjoyed her customer service along with Ms. Martha's help. These two were very patient with me and answered all my questions! These ladies are more than wonderful, I know I can come in at any time and they will surely help me. Moultrie will forever have my business. Thank you again very much ladies!

I have been a Cricket customer for along time and have used the Moultrie store since the first day, and I just wanted to say that these last few months with the new staff every time I go into the store I feel so welcomed! Ms. Lisa and Ms. Martha are always so nice. I went in to pay a bill and Ms. Lisa told me about a deal on new phone they had and, I couldn't turn it down. I am so happy with my new phone. Thanks ladies!!
