This company is the worst. It's 2022 and they can't internet to work for more than 2 minutes at a time. I've been without internet for 5 days now. It happens every single month but this time was the longest it's been out. I called them but they told me I needed a new router. I've already had 2 new routers and it's not the router. I even got an extension and it doesn't help at all. It's not about the tv, which also doesn't work without the internet, but I'm losing my income thanks to their inability to update their system. I work from home. I've had to drive to Starbucks just to use their wifi. I will be leaving and switching to Comcast. Comcast has their issues but nothing like this and they're cheaper. Don't waste your money unless you think paying this much for one day of internet a month without interruptions is o.k. Want them to come out? Nope. Won't happen. Never again. ~J
