This company is the worst. It's 2022 and they can't internet to work for more than 2 minutes at a time. I've been without internet for 5 days now. It happens every single month but this time was the longest it's been out. I called them but they told me I needed a new router. I've already had 2 new routers and it's not the router. I even got an extension and it doesn't help at all. It's not about the tv, which also doesn't work without the internet, but I'm losing my income thanks to their inability to update their system. I work from home. I've had to drive to Starbucks just to use their wifi. I will be leaving and switching to Comcast. Comcast has their issues but nothing like this and they're cheaper. Don't waste your money unless you think paying this much for one day of internet a month without interruptions is o.k. Want them to come out? Nope. Won't happen. Never again.

The internet is good but as far as deposits go I had to put down $600 and today they tell me I’m Not eligible to receive it back because I was late three times but never disconnected never went past 10 days after the bill date $600 is a lot to keep from someone especially now and for not being late past 10 days. Mad really isn’t the word I thought since I never been disconnected and even paid a couple months ahead they would give me my money back but guess not

Planters wifi is the worst we have called them to fix it at least once a month and it still runs like it’s 2004 despite us having a “deluxe package” that cost way to much for 25 upload and 17 download I might as well drive to the Mcdonalds and use there wifi cause it’s faster and the stupid farm animals they dress up as employees can’t fix anything I don’t know how they have jobs

Great internet service! I’ve had Planters internet and phone service in several different houses and they have always been easy to work with. Internet connection is always strong and consistent. Employees are also very helpful when recommending router specifications to look for if purchasing your own.

This company is horrible. The wi fi is always slow and down. One time, I was playing a game and my PC lagged so hard despite it being a between Medium and High End PC. At this time of the review Im writing, the wi fi is also lagging. It also makes you pay at high prices for slow things. This thing is probably linking me to hell. I just hope one day I could get name brands or leading providers. Google Fiber would probably be my option, with up to 1000 MBs, but I searched up providers in my area, and this one is 10 MBs

The service is outstanding for rural Georgia! I moved from Charleston, SC to Guyton , GA. I was paying over $150 per month for Comcast for internet service and basic channels and lease costs for equipment. They have upgraded to FIBER and FREE modem included for customers! I was shocked that it was half the price when I moved to Guyton, GA. Thank You Planters for such a good loyal service to the rural Savannah area!!

I have worked at several different internet providers in the past and I have to say this is the worst internet service I have ever had. Comcast has the worst customer service out of any business in the country and I would rather use their service. This companies pricing is way above their competitors. Yes, I have the fiber and understand I am paying for upgraded lines. Also this company forces you to pay for their phone service which is absurd in 2018. The signal is constantly backed up (slower than Christmas) and dropping all my devices. No, this is not my routers fault as I currently work on computers for a living and have tried multiple routers. Unfortunately I have no other option in my area at the moment. I will be starting a petition in my neighborhood to get Comcast lines put in.
