The staff are usually nice, but the managers are a little over the top, and not very customer oriented now the main guy in charge is great.

Been cashing my check there for long long time..today tho they say they cant cash it!! Refusal to use common sense is what I chalk it up to.. last name is different on check than my state I'd (my driver license) but I do have my SS card that has that name on it.. and a few more documents, but all at once no matter they cant cash it.. smh But the next day I walked in and got my check cashed... no problem!! Crazy crazy folks working there who cant see the forrest for the trees...

I Love going to this Wal-Mart..it's a bit of a drive for me but its never crowded...it's a very laid back Wal-Mart.

Not a great selection on clothes 0-2 I did find some items. Didn't look in children's clothes...:( not a huge store for clothing but it's also a small town. Customer service was good...thanks everyone

It was nice to visit a different Walmart than our usual one; only to prove ours used to be one of the better ones locally.

The Walmart in Waverly tn sells chainsaws , Hartz Battery operated, but they don't sell anything that one needs to maintain this product, no replacement chains sparkplug this should be addressed

North Olmsted: Forgot to tell me the Policy for returning an auto battery for Core charge changed since I bought Mine!! When. They. Refused to give the Core Charge to me!!! But. Strongsville, very graciously DiD, n they functioned under the previous Standard When I Bought My New Battery b4 vacation. Very kind n informative, n persistent in overriding New Standards!!!

Really, no one to help at the fabric counter. I printed off a bunch of labels for something and spun scissors around in the air and still no one came. Multiple calls on the intercom and had to find a manager. Terrible service, Terrible attitudes. Edgar Some wifi code I was able to print 48a4935e2936. So if you can use that go crazy.

Excellent service, staff was knowledgeable with the computer selection, so I can start working from home again PS. by the Way the Lenovo laptop is a definite buy!, As well as the jewelry counter there's never anyone there EVER at any Walmart I've been too but the one in Waverly TN every time I'm in there buying any jewelry there's a representative right there at the counter ready and waiting, although they have a smaller selection of jewelry it's a unique and great selection. Especially there rosemaries.
