I rented a trailer from them and I was double charged. I picked it up on Saturday and returned it on Sunday at 9am, but I was charged for 2 days. I have been trying to get it resolved directly from U-Haul for the past month, but I haven't gotten anywhere. I am in the process of disputing it with Visa but that is a difficult process with my bank. I won't rent from them again until I get refunded the double charge. The over charge was finally resolved about 3 months later. I'm updating my review to 3 stars. ~Salty
