Best book store in Rome, Georgia (GA) 2024

Amazing place! Just found it and so glad we did! Awesome bargains. Wonderful, friendly staff! Super selections on everything with great prices. My daughter and her friend went here today to enjoy some Starbucks and read a book. While trying to decide what they wanted to drink from the cafe here and enjoy a snack they picked up on their way the store manager approached my daughter. She was very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. ..she embarrassed these two girls in a store of customers by asking them are they going to order or buy anything from her establishment since they sat before ordering. My day told her what they would order and she then walked off from them. They were so humiliated and since they were using MY FUNDS to support your establishment they were ordered to leave after my daughter was brave enough to this ADULT know that’s not how you treat supporting customer in your establishment. You see, I’m a small coffee shop owner and I would NEVER make a customer feel this low. This store needs some major customer service training. I would be glad to help with that. My daughter was very aware this unacceptable and I expect an apology from corporate because that’s my next email. Hope this store mgr has a better day. ~The

I actually enjoyed looking at the antiques, but found most items extremely over priced. We also had to listen to the owner/worker complaining and talking about people loudly. It made me very uncomfortable and we left fairly quickly ~Brandy
