I look forward to each yoga session with Charlene. She has helped me settle my “monkey mind”. Yin yoga makes me be still for a moment and we all need this in today’s busy world. She is the best instructor you’ll ever find. She individualizes poses for all levels, she constantly explains poses which I need and is just basically kind and empathetic.
