Best water utility company in Trion, Georgia (GA) 2024

If I could rate zero stars I would! There is ALWAYS a water break somewhere and then your water is off for hours and hours. Literally water was off on thursday December 16th for hours! Stepson called around 1030am it didnt come back on until 2. its Monday december 20th and the company they hired to put in the new system hit a water main. It was 11am when I called to see the time frame. Of course they dont have a time frame. A couple months ago the Ga Power hit a water line and they couldn't find where. That took hours too. But they definitely dont give these customers a break in payments. ~Ashla
