Best fitness center in Villa Rica, Georgia (GA) 2024

Absolutely fabulous coaches who have created something special here. Whether you've been doing crossfit for years or never worked out a day in your life, there a place for you here. A knee injury has plagued me for years but the coaches have not only adapted movements to my abilities but helped strengthened my knee to where I can run, something I never could do before. There's no intimidation or cliques here, everyone genuinely pulls for one another and encourages each other during the workout. Grateful to the Bragg's (the owners and coaches) for creating something more than just a place to workout, this is a place where they really care about your health and well being. Was looking for a new gym and was going to give this one a try, since it's conveniently located. Despite the Illuminated OPEN sign, and it being business hours, the doors were locked, and nobody was here to open them. After looking at the reviews, I'm thinking maybe this was a blessing. I'll go somewhere else. ~Dominant
