Why do you have people working for western union financial services, Inc. Money order Tracing/Refund Request customer services when they do not know everything about the policy? How can you tell me that the company doesn't do Refunds when the stub/receipt simply states the Refund policy which i followed and yet one of the rep from times super market simply said they don't do refund on money order, do you know how stupid this would look if i were to come down there and state this evidence where it states the Refund Request. This is just simply sad for western union. ~Dominique
