The pharmacy experience was incredibly smooth and efficient. Kudos to Nisha the pharmacy manager, who runs a really tight ship! The candy aisle is also surprisingly respectable on chocolates, along with strong availability of mixed nuts -- I go with the Nice! brand for extra value. ~Affan

Soda fountain needs to be calibrated. Doesn't taste right. Sounds like a small issue i know but the soda fountains cause a lot of foot traffic in the store and too much syrup is a profit waster too. ~jordan

Worst place to fuel your semi, prices are ok, many times the 1-2 pumps are not working, so you need to back up, if there is nobody in the back, otherwise you need to do a circle, and try the others that are left. Many times the pomp works, but the card reader won't work, so you need to go swipe your card on another pump, and then enter the pump where you left your truck.... ~M

As of October 4th 2022 we visited the Wendy's at 111th and Cicero in alsip Il. We ordered two double cheeseburgers that were charred beyond belief, I've never seen burgers like this they were charred black beyond belief there was no taste left to them no juiciness they were dried out, and that's for the fries what happened to the hot fries that they're always talking about and we went through the drive-thru as soon as I started having a couple of fries when we pulled away from the drive-thru they were not hot and they were actually stale as if they were old fries or not cooked right. The chicken sandwiches were fine but what's with this small piece of lettuce that's even smaller than the one tomato they put on the sandwich? Plenty of lettuce on the double cheeseburgers but what's with this mini size piece of lettuce that the tomato was actually bigger than. But the charred burgers totally are unjustified. And trying to call the phone number there but it rings and then goes to a fax dial tone. So may have to go in personally. I've visited many other Wendy's and got nothing but a juicy burger just like the picture on the board juicy tender delicious. and with the complaints I've seen on this place I don't understand why corporate Wendy's isn't doing anything about it. Just look at the complaints on this place. Now for me the people were nice I had no problem with them they're always cordial and courteous to me. It gets a little crazy in there but all in all they're good people but the food tremendously horrible. Now I've yet to go to complain to them because it's in the morning time now. But still trying to call someone there this morning. To no avail. ~Tony

Tony is very knowledgeable. He pointed me in the direction on getting a used transmission. I found one with only 11K miles and had it shipped to the shop. once it arrived, I dropped it off at the shop. Tony and his crew had me back on the road in two days at a fair price.
