Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and went in through the north side of the building, the gentleman at the window was very helpful with telling me where the docks actually were (South side of the building where you back in from the street, as other reviews have mentioned). Parked in the center of the street, talked to Dan the Forklift Man, he was very forward and professional. No confusion at all. Got me in a dock immediately. Another driver from Smith Transport was getting unloaded and offered to watch traffic for me. Pull in across the street and back across the road from there, it's a black hole dock so you might have to get out a few times. 17 pallets and Dan had me done by himself in 10 minutes. Also answered any questions I had afterward. Definitely won't mind coming back here. But if you haven't left yet and another driver is about to back in, do the right thing and help a fellow driver out. What the Smith driver did for me, I did for someone else even after I was unloaded. ~Darth
