Best bank in Altamont, Illinois (IL) 2024

By far the worst bank I have ever had an account at. three separate times in 6 months they closed my account and debit card with no notice. when opening a checking account they did not inform me and my husband of vital information about the account. my husband and I went to apply for their peoples cash, the loan officer terry never completed our paperwork, did not make an effort at all to met our requests, then withheld our tax information for several weeks, even upon requesting days I that would be there in person to pick up the paperwork. overall I don't even have one good thing to say about the 6months we had the account active, we were not at all satisfied. ~Super
