Best construction company in Aurora, Illinois (IL) 2024

By far the worst place I have ever worked at. Not paid for gas or mileage, driving hundred of miles per week. Not paid any benefits, disrespected and treated wrongly. I recommend you work else where. The turn over rate is high, and they will easily replace you when you have an issue with fairness and ask for a raise to compensate the amount of driving and attitudes you have to deal with in order to even do the job. The managers are cowards and don't help nor train correctly, and they'll tell you to call when issues are risen but won't ever respond. Easily replaced by someone else who is unsuspecting, I do not recommend this company for business or employment. Two weeks I put almost $200 in gas to drive in town and out of town. My compensation for gas was $9.32 and there wasn't any mileage. Laughable. Luckily before I got another job I had a applied for 2 weeks ago and had an interview for yesterday before they fired me today, after messaging my boss another complaint. ~Jorge
