I have been a loyal customer of this store since it opened. Until VERY recently I have loved shopping there and recommended it to family and friends. The thing I most appreciated about it was its warm, friendly, welcoming staff, and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, there has been enormous staff turnover and the appointment of new manager who is very rude and refuses to check customers out at the register. The one remaining bright spot is the excellent pharmacist and her dwindling staff -- who continue provide the outstanding service. Henceforth, I am only using the pharmacy. I am sadly taking my shopping elsewhere. ~Karen

I just stopped by to ship 8 items. The person behind the counter only listed 6 items. When I looked at the receipt, I saw only 6 items. I discussed with him there are 2 missing items, and he kept assuring me that "all are in" several times. I insisted to get a receipt for all items, and simply he did not have them. His statement led me to believe that he was gifting himself the other two items, if I did not question him. The same person, wanted to charge me $3 dollars to print UPS label. When I questioned him he charged one dollar. I do not think UPS would accept this person's conduct. May be more complaints will get someone to investigate this location. ~CPA

Friendly staff will remember your name after a few visits and always serve you with a smile. Great quality coffee and food for your morning commute. Don't just buy local, buy the best! ~Paul

I honestly can not say enough about my experience at this salon!! From the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you’re given well wishes and a “see you next time”, it is truly an amazing experience. Everyone is so friendly and you can really feel the sense of family between the lovely folks who work there. My stylist was extremely professional and knowledgeable about hair product, and my hair color is the most beautiful it’s ever been!! Seriously, people. I wish I could give this salon 6 stars.
