Best gas station in Belvidere, Illinois (IL) 2024

Dropped in this location to use the restroom and get a cup of coffee. There is a huge amount of gas pumps available here. The cashier was nice and friendly. First time using the fresh grind machine, pretty cool. ~Brian

If I could give a negative 5 for a rating I would. This location use’s deceptive practices. I was charged for two icees, and two ice coffees $14. I asked employee for receipt and was told not available and that I was charged only a dollar for ice coffee but on the screen as he was checking me out, I seen I was charged 4.98 for ice coffee and $8 for icees. The employee seemed like he dislikes his job and claimed to be the owner and that he didn’t have to do anything like provide a receipt and was very disrespectful. The ice coffees we’re supposed to be $1 and icees only an additional $4 but double charged me on everything. This location should be shut down or given to owners that actually care for their customers, and not trying to scam their customers. I don’t understand how 7-11 has kept this location open for this long or haven’t changed the owners, with all the bad reviews and bad management, especially double charging customers and not honoring listed or promotional pricing for store products. ~Mike
