The pharmacy staff is absolutely amazing! They always answer each call with professionalism, kindness, and you can feel their smile through the phone. When I call to order my mothers medication, they make sure all medications that are due are added. They also removed my mother when I give them her information. Out of all of the hundreds of people they see, speak, and come into contact, to hear them mention how kind she is, is truly astonishing. Kudos to this company for having such dedicated, professional, courteous, and down home people who give you the attention as if you’re family. ~E

EVERYTHING at my wedding was beautiful.. EXCEPT the cake!!!! The driver arrived late to the venue with the cake and when she did the cake had huge cracks in it that caused it to lean. The best solution that was given to me was to take the cake (which was already late to an event that would start in 15 minutes) back to the bakery to be repaired or have someone come to the venue and repair it there. Both of which were unreasonable considering my wedding was starting in the next 15 minutes. When I called to complain I was told since I declined the earlier unreasonable options they had offered they would do nothing to compensate me. This was disappointing considering my family has trusted this bakery for years. Needless to say, they ruined an important day and have lost a customer. If you have an important event, like a wedding, please find somewhere else to get your cake. ~LaTisha

Sabrina the sells rep was soooo nice and helpful. She showed me two units with no problem em and also let me know about the promotion, so that I can save more money. I came here after a failed visit to another storage place and I may say her customer service is top tier. Will definitely be coming back and recommend people here. Thanks a lot Sabrina! ~Elantra
