The cake that I ordered was horrible. Presentation was good but the cake was dry and crumbly. The cake taste old. When I called and told them about the cake, they told me that it was nothing wrong with it. I will never order a cake from here again. My guest didn’t eat the cake and I was told to bring it back for a credit. The credit is ok but what will the credit be used for because I will never order from here again.

I ordered a cupcake platter of the numbers 42; red velvet with buttercream icing for my husband's birthday. When we ate them the icing tasted like egg whites with an oily aftertaste. The next morning I called them and let them know. They offered to remake me a mini cupcake platter and that was my only option. I reminded them at the bottom of their receipt it says any unsatisfied products must be returned within 48 hours for refund. She said ok we can refund you for what's left, which is what happened. My family has been coming here for over 20 years and their quality has definitely changed for the worst.

We were looking for a bakery to order our wedding cake from and this was our third stop of the day. We walked in and there weren't many customers in the store so we didn't have to wait long before speaking with someone. The lady was very patient with us and showed us images of cakes they had worked on and even provided us with a booklet for more ideas. Then they asked if we wanted a tasting right then and there- I was shocked! The other bakeries we visited wouldn't even consider a tasting without an appointment let alone that minute! It was a great experience and they worked with us, answering all of our questions. I admit I was a tad shocked at the price tag for a 2-tier cake but it will be well worth it. I can't wait to pick it up!!

I purchased a Black Forrest Cake some years ago from this bakery and it was absolutely delicious! Since than about two weeks ago I ordered a slice of lemon cake and also a slice of German Chocolate cake that was horrible! Both slices were extremely dry. I ended up throwing them out and the chocolate covered strawberries were made with dark chocolate and not milk chocolate. Never will I order there again!!!

I have been coming to pierres bakery for many years and the quality and design of cakes have gone down tremendously. Yesterday I went to pick up a cake for my sons birthday and was extremely disappointed. I was charged $200 for a complete fondant cake and did not receive that ! What I wanted vs what I got ! The colors were not the same the legos at the bottom were huge and poorly designed. Nothing about this cake is OK. My biggest issue was the lady arguing with me that this cake was acceptable. With many years of customer service , the customer is always right . She did not try to accommodate me until i became really fussy . I will not be back .

EVERYTHING at my wedding was beautiful.. EXCEPT the cake!!!! The driver arrived late to the venue with the cake and when she did the cake had huge cracks in it that caused it to lean. The best solution that was given to me was to take the cake (which was already late to an event that would start in 15 minutes) back to the bakery to be repaired or have someone come to the venue and repair it there. Both of which were unreasonable considering my wedding was starting in the next 15 minutes. When I called to complain I was told since I declined the earlier unreasonable options they had offered they would do nothing to compensate me. This was disappointing considering my family has trusted this bakery for years. Needless to say, they ruined an important day and have lost a customer. If you have an important event, like a wedding, please find somewhere else to get your cake.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I ordered my own cake topper & was told that they would be able to make it the way I wanted it. Little did I know, they didn’t know what they were doing. As you can see in the pictures there is a hole in the cake & they tried to fix it but they messed it up even more. I am beyond upset with this place. Never again will I order a cake from them. Please just do yourself a favor an go somewhere else.
