Gas at the time was 4.98. I put in $5 (about 30 miles) how did I go from 7 miles to 6 ? I went into the store to let them know and all they said to me was “if you want more gas you need to pay for it” even though the cashier mentioned they’d been having issues with the pumps all day … so I decided to go to the shell down the street and put an extra $10 in my tank. My gas went from 6 miles to 80. I would not recommend ! They’re managers are RUDE and unprofessional. ~Aune

I have been at UT storage since 2015. I never had a problem. Secure, friendly & clean. Gate, cameras, businesses have units here & they are more than willing to help if you need it. Online rental is easy, phone call was easy & straight forward so far with new owners now being Bolt Storage. ~Rita

Worlds best potato pancakes. Seriously, they are made from scratch and the best I’ve ever had. Definitely go for breakfast and enjoy their potato pancakes. You will not regret it!! Highly recommend. ~Courtney

Lots of new items, good coupons. The staffing is blah. Went in last night and the girl seemed bothered that i wanted to use my coupons. Seemed like she doesn't like her job very much. Idk maybe she was having a bad day, but that had nothing to do with me as a customer. ~Niki

I was paying for 4 lines for over 8 years now suddenly they canceled one of my numbers and I had to pay to get back my 4th line with different number ,while my canceled number was given away to someone. Weird.forgot to mention that the lady in charge at this location Shakira was very helpful and welcoming and she is a 5 stars person. Thank you Shakira. ~USA
