Fix your gate. Got stuck inside and thankfully the guy mowing was able to contact someone else. While we waited for that guy to arrive, the maintenance man and another man also stuck inside tried to manually open the gate. Please check with the maintenance man and the man who mows your property.

I have been at UT storage since 2015. I never had a problem. Secure, friendly & clean. Gate, cameras, businesses have units here & they are more than willing to help if you need it. Online rental is easy, phone call was easy & straight forward so far with new owners now being Bolt Storage.

Not going to get the chance to deal with them. Jumping storage rent from 34.95 a month to 54.00 a month. Went out and cleaned the unit out. They wanted pictures of unit after cleaned out. Got pictures. No where on web site to send them.
