Margarita is an asset to this company. She’s very professional and knowledgeable. Cares about what’s best for customers storage needs. Also was training a new employee Tyler. Tyler was great, helpful and professional as well. Great experience. Definitely will recommend the Salmon Creek location to friends and family!!

We rented a storage unit for almost 5 years. We were told, in 2017, we would have to pay their renters insurance whether or not we already had renters insurance. After price hikes over and over again I contacted extra space storage customer service over twitter. I brought up the renters insurance, they then told me they could contact our facility and have them take it off. I told them no they couldn't, as we HAD to pay for the renters insurance no matter what. Well, that wasnt true at all. So for the past 5 years we were paying their renters insurance, even though we had renters insurance through Safeco and later transferred to state farm. I was in contact with the district manager, he was useless and would not help me out with back pay. Said he would give me a month credit. I never got it. Towards the end of our time with extra space storage, they had quit cleaning their restroom and had quit stocking the toilet paper and soap. I do not reccomend extra space storage. Find a family owned storage facility. Much friendly and the price will be much better. I now have 2 units, 20x30's, and it's still cheaper then the one we were paying for at extra space storage.

An amazingly clean place compared to other places that I have been to, very polite employees, and just all-around a great experience. I will keep recommending them to everyone and anyone that I know who needs to store their things.

Overall very good the only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is the fact they raised the price of our storage twice without any notice before hand. The reason I knew is because I review all finances after the start of the month to ensure everything on auto was actually paid. Besides that I'd recommend this place to anyone very friendly and easy to work with.

Facilities are great. Employees have been great - Penny was a big help as we closed our account today. My only issue has been with corporate constantly raising prices, but again, the facility and people have been great.

First time I ever rented a storage and these guys were awesome!!! Great customer service!!! Very friendly, very professional and they knew every answer to my questions and/concerns!! This located was further than the other locations but I choose them just because it was just a great interaction with them!!

We used Extra Space Storage for about 7 months. Jay and Devin were very knowledgeable and professional. We mostly dealt with Jay and Devin and they always went the extra mile to help. Always happy and smiling. Whether they were inside the building or outside the building you always got a wave and a smile. Our experience at Extra Space Storage was nothing but great. I never had any issues at all. I always felt safe and secure. I could trust them and they were very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place for your storage needs. I will return if I ever need storage again. Thank you for taking care of us

Jay was an amazing help and honestly just an all-around good person in general. Check-in & out was incredibly quick and easy, payment was a breeze, & I was able to leave my car here for a month with no issues at all, which was a huge weight off in life in general. Genuinely can't recommend this place enough. Thank you!

Visited Extra Space today on 139th in Salmon Creek to see about renting a storage unit. Manager, Jay, was prompt to greet me, listened to my questions and understood my needs. I really needed to visibly see some units and he promptly escorted me to various units. I was very impressed with Jay’s professionalism and attentiveness. Our lease agreement was signed by the end of the day and we couldn’t feel more confident that our belongings will not only be safe and secure, but that Jay and his team will be there for us should we have any questions or issues. The facility is newer and VERY clean. I even observed tenants waving at him through the window as they left. This speaks to me that it’s personal to him and that he does really care about customer service. Obviously, it shows!!! Thank you Jay!
