6 Best self storage facility in Vancouver, Washington (WA) 2024

Visited Extra Space today on 139th in Salmon Creek to see about renting a storage unit. Manager, Jay, was prompt to greet me, listened to my questions and understood my needs. I really needed to visibly see some units and he promptly escorted me to various units. I was very impressed with Jay’s professionalism and attentiveness. Our lease agreement was signed by the end of the day and we couldn’t feel more confident that our belongings will not only be safe and secure, but that Jay and his team will be there for us should we have any questions or issues. The facility is newer and VERY clean. I even observed tenants waving at him through the window as they left. This speaks to me that it’s personal to him and that he does really care about customer service. Obviously, it shows!!! Thank you Jay! ~Debi

Well, the prices skyrocketed everywhere in Vancouver, WA. This Location was a few dollars more affordable. Otherwise, a smallish nondescript storage place. Clean though. ~German

This is the best place to rent a storage unit. Manager is awesome . Easy to fill out contract. Place is clean and excellent security. Have rented here over the past few years. Thank you ~wingnut

THEY WILL CHEAT YOU! They double billed on the rental cost, double billed on the "safe move" When I went in to ask, it was like, oops, easy fix'. But how often do they get away with that? They charged for 2 gallons of gas for THREE MILES and would not trying refund half when asked even though they agreed it was only 3 miles. Watch them carefully!!!! ~niki

When my storage unit for our Non Profit rescue was looking for storage, we needed to know pricing and when rates change etc. I was told by a friend that this company has been great for their Non Profit Rescue. So I called and was greeted with very friendly people, helpful, transparent about prices etc. I even spoke to the site Manager, about what we needed and why. He was Extremely helpful and made things very easy. Thank you for that! I can tell this company cares about the people I’m not just making money. Highly recommend this facility!! Thank you! ~Lisa

Enterprise has good customer service. I was impressed with their professionalism. I would use them again when I can afford it. They are fairly expensive and I will not be able to afford them very often. I had a great time driving the car we rented. ~Darla
