Best truck rental agency in Vancouver, Washington (WA) 2024

Well, the prices skyrocketed everywhere in Vancouver, WA. This Location was a few dollars more affordable. Otherwise, a smallish nondescript storage place. Clean though. ~German

Went in to see about getting a new cotter pin trailer hitch for my vehicle. I walked in and told the guy what I needed. He asked me a few questions and then took me exactly to what I needed. He asked a few more questions and then ended up telling me that my cotter pin and bolt can be re used until it shows signs of wear. With some muscle and effort, I was able to get the cotter pin off when I'm not towing. ~Whitney

THEY WILL CHEAT YOU! They double billed on the rental cost, double billed on the "safe move" When I went in to ask, it was like, oops, easy fix'. But how often do they get away with that? They charged for 2 gallons of gas for THREE MILES and would not trying refund half when asked even though they agreed it was only 3 miles. Watch them carefully!!!! ~niki

Enterprise has good customer service. I was impressed with their professionalism. I would use them again when I can afford it. They are fairly expensive and I will not be able to afford them very often. I had a great time driving the car we rented. ~Darla
