I had the pleasure of working with Moe at this Verizon location. He was very attentive and helpful with answering all my families questions and needs. He offered to help my grandparents learn and understand how to use their phones more efficiently and just overall went above and beyond to make sure our service was above satisfactory. Purchased a 220v charger for Milwaukee cordless tools. Got it to East Africa only to discover that it's a 120volt unit and they just put a 220 volt cord on it. I contacted and received no resolution and finally no responses. This place is a total scam. ~Michael
