Best bank in Eureka, Illinois (IL) 2024

Sad day when businesses in the community that you live in can't help with something simple and free... Small town hospitality is gone folks. If you do not have or do business with this place, they won't help you. A simple task to help a person out isn't happening here. So much for small town hospitality. ~cowboysfan1973

This bank is never in favor of the customer. We have had several fraudulent charges and checks to our account and it's always a huge hassle to get the funds reimbursed. But the real kicker is that they have literally charged our account with checks that are clearly written to other accounts with other people's names on the check scans, and they still had the gull to suggest that it was our fault that someone else tried to write a check in our name when neither our name nor account number was nowhere on the check. There are other banking options in the region, do yourself a favor, choose someone else. ~Nick
