This Walgreens has went down and we’ve lived in the area 22 years they do not speak they do not greet they just walk up to the register and start scanning… the store smells… the manager short Hispanic and or White guy with glasses not sure of his race seen a lady in the aisle and accused her of stealing and he approached her and she told him she wasn’t stealing he said you do be stealing I seen you last time okay if you are a manager and she’s stealing you are to call hillside police because they come so quick there’s no need to argue with someone and put others In jeopardy because of your assumptions… you don’t know the mindset of others… this Walgreens has went down the hill bad and they need to tighten up and get new employees with customer service ~Jasmine

I was told by the pharmacist that my prescription would be filled within an hour. The following day, I called to check since I never received the confirmation text, and was told it actually not being filled and they were out of stock. At what point was anyone going to tell me that? If someone had told me, I would have been able to reach my doctor before the weekend. Now I am out of medication for at least 4 days and possibly longer due to Walgreen’s negligence. Last I heard negligence is something you should avoid in medical field. ~Allen
