I was told by the pharmacist that my prescription would be filled within an hour. The following day, I called to check since I never received the confirmation text, and was told it actually not being filled and they were out of stock. At what point was anyone going to tell me that? If someone had told me, I would have been able to reach my doctor before the weekend. Now I am out of medication for at least 4 days and possibly longer due to Walgreen’s negligence. Last I heard negligence is something you should avoid in medical field.

pharmacist is cool. just try to schedule your vaccine appointment well before or after lunch time. the Walgreens website allows you to schedule appointments without any consideration for the staff's human needs.

I am not surprised to hear in the news that Walgreens is not doing well. Today, walking in the store I asked about the travel accessories section. One the attendants there looked at me a bit incredulous and told me to “Right there, look at Health section.” She said in a way as if I was supposed to know. I just confirmed again to make sure that it contained the travel stuff. Big mistake. She was even more impatient which I had to point out. As I walked towards the section, I could hear them laughing. I came back to buy, not a word of acknowledgment. I don’t blame them. They are young and immature. I blame the management. They need to train better or get themselves trained. The store is a embarrassment. I don’t plan to go there anymore.

Went to pick up a prescription was called at 10:45 am that my prescription was ready. Walked in at 10: 50 am. The pharmacy tech who had no clue what she was doing and refused to ask for help on how to run my card for the prescription. After 15 mins. I asked if someone could help her figure this out one of the other techs first asked if my isurance was still the same. Which the other tech never asked. They ran my new insurance, and the card from the dr. finally at 11:45 the I was out the door. Seriously where did this girl get trained. Never using this Walgreens pharmacy again

Starting to make mistakes, due to what I beleive is being over worked. Corporate policys suck. Try calling the store and see if you can get through to pharmacy. Why do they have to shove down my throat. I don't normally post online. Having to wait until your out of meds and then they tell you they are out, ordered last week. Unbelievable that corporate would be so stupid, but they are, and don't care. Find another store.

I use to use pharmacy on weekly basis until they started to make mistakes. Now I am trying others in the area. First one was not my but another customers. I saw the pharmacist checking an order out and stating to another person filling them that it was wrong pills and the need to redo it. Second time I purchased antibiotics and have noticed that there is another label underneath mine which meant they reused the medicine on me. I took it straight to the manager who told me that it is ok since it was not open and was never picked up by the other customer. I told him that I also have a concern about privacy since the patient and doctors information are on the label underneath. I got my money back for that one. On another instant which happened last week I had to wait for over 40 minutes for prescription and I was not the only one out there waiting. There were some customers that dropped their prescription last week which was not filled yet. After getting the prescription I went home and what do I find, the antibiotic was not mixed. There was a big sign on the bad to be mixed. I had to go back and wait again so they could fix that. Well this was it for me it’s time to move on.
