Have been going to Jon for a few years now and absolutely love how clean, professional, and thorough Epic Nails is. You should make an appointment as it does get busy which you do wait a few minutes but it is worth it. I have been doing powder gels and normal pedicures with Eva and love it. She did an amazing ombré French powder for my wedding, I would trust anyone there but she is my go to! If you want something new or trendy, show them a picture and they will recreate it with no problem! Service: Manicure

I've been this to establishment several times. Typically, I see Ivy for acrylic nails. She's ok, not the friendliest but that's fine. I prefer quiet when receiving such services. Overall, her quality of work is ok. My nails always look very nice when leaving. However, within a day or two either the acrylic or gel chips which they repair free of charge. The overall cleanliness of the establishment is superb. I do recommend this company just proceed with caution. Jenny is a pretty decent tech also. Services: Acrylic nails, Waxing

This place is FANTASTIC! Professional, polite, clean. Polish is smooth and they did a great UV gel extension! Will be going back! Relaxing environment, comfortable seats. More details below… I had gone to another nail salon close by and had such a bad experience. The acrylic the other place put on was see-through, and translucent when the light hit it. I also didn’t even want the acrylic, they drilled the polish off and they broke 2 nails and only then told me they didn't do UV gel which was what I asked for. And then 2 broke off in less than 12 hours after getting them done. Went back the next day and asked for my money back or for them to fix it and they refused both and the owner was super rude. So when I got here I was obviously pretty upset. Epic was super patient with me which I am so grateful for and really appreciate. The owner at Epic was nice and super understanding. They asked me to come back at 5:00 PM. The nail tech I had here was AWESOME! She took it off and put on a UV gel extension for the few they had broken and botched, fixed the crooked thumb! 100% happier here than I was with the other nail salon. 10/10 recommend Services: Manicure, Gel manicures

0/10 would not recommen. The guy was very rude and told me he would not do what i asked him to do even though i asked him before hand if be could and he told me yes. My acrylics are very bumpy and so thick the shape is nothing like what i asked for them to do. For my pedicure they let me sit there for 20 minutes and let my water get cold while workers were not occupied. This place is pitiful & a disappointment.

I’ve been going a couple times to this nail salon and they never disappoint. The staff is all very nice. My nails always come out perfect when I leave the salon. I’ve recommended this place to two other friends and they loved their experience there. Will be returning :) Services: Acrylic nails, Dip powder

This is my usual nail place, and I have been pretty please with them so far. If you chip a nail, they fix it for free! The inside is very spacious, clean, and looks very professional. The staff are very polite for the most part. Sometimes I do feel a little rushed but I don't really mind. The wait times can get a little long, so I would say only come here if you have time/only if you're not in a rush. I'm pretty much satisfied with the service I get here.

Perfect acrylic nails, John does perfect nail shapes especially coffin, the girls there are professionals at everything. 5 stars all the way ❤️❤️! They did not use a paper towel on the work surface prior to the manicure. The work surface was stained red from someone else's nail polish. They did not soak my fingers prior to cutting the cuticles and the cuticle cutting lastest two minutes for both hands. The buffed finish was 3 or 4 quick strokes per finger. The manicurist "Susen" was more interested in getting her next customer than giving me a good manicure. I end up finishing the manicure at home. Epic is a never return for me. Service: Manicure

My friend and I went here for the first time just for pedis. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. They apologized for making us wait, but it was totally fine. We got the vitamin E oil treatment ($29) which is just above a regular pedi ($22). For the cleanliness and good service, we thought it was worth it. I will go here again!
