Very disappointed with the service of this local business. It's been three weeks of failed attempts to try to open an account, get oil delivered and have an oil tank inspector come to the house. The secretary initially forgot to put the appointment in, while we waited 8AM-12PM on a Saturday and there was a no-show. Finally they sent an inspector, who apparently didn't inspect our tank and just added a small amount of oil. The secretary claimed we received a full tank, which is incorrect. We rescheduled for October 12th, and received a call the day before that they need to cancel because they are inundated with "no heat," calls. Going back to Petro and unfortunately cannot recommend this local company on account of the lack of customer service and organization. ~Emily

Have been going to Jon for a few years now and absolutely love how clean, professional, and thorough Epic Nails is. You should make an appointment as it does get busy which you do wait a few minutes but it is worth it. I have been doing powder gels and normal pedicures with Eva and love it. She did an amazing ombré French powder for my wedding, I would trust anyone there but she is my go to! Really liked this place, we wanted a sit down dinner and it did not disappoint. Our server was friendly and gave us a great drink recommendation. The food was good. Family friendly or date nights. Nice upbeat music and in the heart of the Hamptons. Street parking on both sides of the road. Close to our hotel. I was unable to get pictures of their bar area which was incredible. We dined in with no reservation or wait time. ~nasha

From the outside, this place looks like a thousand other Chinese take-out joints. But this place is special. It is a local family-run business that consistently serves fresh tasty food at remarkably low prices. We have been ordering regularly for years, and every time the food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Kong Chen is a Hampton Bays gem. ~Anthony
