Very disappointed with the service of this local business. It's been three weeks of failed attempts to try to open an account, get oil delivered and have an oil tank inspector come to the house. The secretary initially forgot to put the appointment in, while we waited 8AM-12PM on a Saturday and there was a no-show. Finally they sent an inspector, who apparently didn't inspect our tank and just added a small amount of oil. The secretary claimed we received a full tank, which is incorrect. We rescheduled for October 12th, and received a call the day before that they need to cancel because they are inundated with "no heat," calls. Going back to Petro and unfortunately cannot recommend this local company on account of the lack of customer service and organization.
