I’ve had to fight to get my package through them and even paid priority shipping. They refunded my shipping cost, which also took forever to receive. I have yet to receive a package and have had to go through USPS to investigate. I’m honestly shocked that this is their etiquette. I’m aware there are weather delays, but nothing on the site relayed this information nor did they do anything to have this delivered properly. I don’t recommend ordering through them.

Purchased an item apparently selected the wrong shipping via FedEx. Has been two weeks have yet to receive the item has been in the same state this entire time. Attempted to contact customer service got nowhere with Lame responses, Told at one point I would receive my package on a Monday Monday came and gone looked again states it would be here this Thursday two weeks to the day and according to their tracking it’s still in the same state going the opposite direction from where it started and back in the same area. Very sad that no one ever answers the phones and the recording actually states do not leave a recording contact us via email at which point nobody ever really responds even after several emails and proof of pictures from there tracking site!

Great items from some of my favorite bands! Shipping has always been quick, had a problem with one item and they corrected it in a timely manner.
