I have never seen such a unprofessional employees , I haven’t got my 2020 tax yet,Also they charge a lot , i called them 1000 times o one pick ip the phone even if they pick up they they put you on hold than cut off . They only costumers they have they are the new immigrants because they didn’t know anywhere else one of my friend recommend me to go ther I really regret ,please chose another place for your tax return this place is not the right one ,

The wonderful master tax advisor, Janice McDonald, was very helpful and explained everything so that I could understand this tax business. We originally started going to this branch because of Asgedom's knowledge of tax law for foreign nationals when we first moved to Decatur in 2015. But we keep going because his staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He has supported us through some challenging tax years. I am always pleasantly surprised, with the volume of business that he does, that he remembers us!
