It's never fun having to spend money on your car, but after taking it to Karma it's running better than it has in a while, and I'm confident that things were checked thoroughly and done correctly. They even oiled my door hinge that had been squeaking for a while. Jonathan just gave me great advice on turning my engine on my Audi Q5. I was having a lot of trouble changing injectors and cleaning the ports but he was kind enough to take the time to explain a few things during what was probably a busy day for him. Top guy! Service: Engine repair

I was excited to give this shop my business and left rather disappointed, a feeling which has rightfully grown more substantial in the time since my visit. Despite having had an appointment, my vehicle sat in their lot for nearly a week before any work (even a basic inspection) commenced. It is reasonable and understandable in the current labor and parts availability climate that this delay may occur. However they were not forthcoming with this information and I was twice told that my vehicle was being worked on upon reaching out via telephone for an update. I am unsure what the incentive is to be dishonest in this circumstance, but it was frustrating to find out that my vehicle (which I keep relatively clean) was otherwise collecting leaves and dirt under a tree out front. Furthermore, the work that I requested done to my vehicle was ultimately incomplete. A regular maintenance interval item, the timing belt service, was completed (hopefully to the exacting standards this shop appears to offer). However, the failure of other major components (dual mass flywheel, all engine/transmission mounts) which I had inferred was occurring, was dismissed by the shop as invalid and unnecessary. Instead it was determined that I "probably just need a new transmission soon." As it turns out, my dual mass flywheel was in fact in a major state of failure and was the source of the terrible vibration and awkward grinding/fluttering noise on low-speed transmission downshifts. Fortunately I was able to get another shop to diagnose and replace the flywheel before a catastrophic failure occurred which could potentially have resulted in the actual necessity for a transmission replacement. I can only hope at this point that the full strut assembly and sway bar endlink replacement which were also recommended and performed were necessary and worthwhile. Contrary to others, my experience leaves me feeling that the expertise of this shop is questionable at best. Unfortunately I would not recommend Karma to anyone seeking repairs on their Volkswagen or Audi vehicle.

They do great work and are Friendly and on time. But they will do work that you don’t want done and add a ton of things on inflate their already very high bill ($120/hour). I asked multiple times for an invoice and they only sent one that I wanted to be revised which they never did and did work that I told them I didn’t want them to do over the phone and over email. After I said all the work I didn’t want done they didn’t send me a revised estimate to sign off on or anything of the sort. They called me multiple times just adding things on saying everything is broken and it’s going to be a lot more than they said it would be. Classic auto shop. They are nice people but they will try and take advantage of you if they can. If you have a lot of money and want good service and don’t care about being used as a customer and being overcharged then this is your place. Service: Air conditioning

They usually can get you in quickly and their prices are fair and they back up their work. Only down side, wish they could work on my BMW too. Lol

The day before Thanksgiving around 2:45pm my Audi was smoking and the engine light was on! I had my car towed to the Karma around 3:45ish and they were able to repair my car. They could have waited until after the holiday but these guys were able to repair in no time! These guys are great! Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
