Brought my car here for service. I want to give them five stars, but their communication could be more clear. Takes a week or two just to get an estimate. Then on that day you schedule the day to bring it back & drop off, which will be another two to three weeks later.. Lots of time passes. I was told one thing over the phone, then another thing once I showed up in person. But they do great work, and they do all the contact with the insurance company, so they are great at what they do. It's a nice, family owned operation, which you dont see much of nowadays. I'd bring my car back here based on work quality, but they all just need more clarity in their initial expectations in first contact with customers.

From the beginning, Nancy in the office was so accommodating and friendly. Her husband Shane who runs the business was so attentive and knowledgeable inspecting my vehicle. His father started the business 50 years ago, and was nice enough to shuttle me to my rental car even though he didn’t have to. My car was ready sooner than expected, and the results actually made me emotional. My car was detailed inside and out, and they even fixed another minor issue with my door unrelated to why I was there. It’s so obvious that working on cars is an art form for this family. Could not recommend a local business more!

My car was broken into, rear window pried open & smashed, door scratched fairly deep. Took it into Spivey’s expecting to just get the window replaced, & they went far beyond my expectations! Paint repair for the scratches, replaced molding around the window, removed & inspected other components to ensure they were still up to par—they even cleaned up the broken glass that I missed! They worked with my insurance for me, all I had to do was provide the claim number! On top of that, Shane Spivey (I believe) was incredibly nice & very helpful throughout the whole process. I really can’t recommend them enough! Services: Body & Trim, Painting
