Lady working there this morning decided to refuse to serve a lady. Told her there was another gas station. Rude employee. Cashier looked like she'd been sleeping. Then followed customer outside calling her *itch. She Just wanted gas lady! Now Looking for the manager to do something about said employee. Today is 4/6/20 ~Becky

Poor management. Don't work here. They barley train you on the things you need to know. Throw you by yourself when you are not fully trained. They will use you big time. I wouldn't recommend working here. Don't mind the gas prices but I will never in a million years work here ever again. Just glad i found a better job with better pay where I'm at there willing to help me Every job I have applied said that was so messed up what they did to me. After the fact all I asked was for help. I called corporate. Corporate don't do anything. Just don't want this happening to another person good luck to you . ~Valerie

I had to post. I purchased a Dream 5. I kept having problems. Long story short... I had to see UPS a couple of times. When I say this lady does her job,, she does her job. She can take care of 3 ppl at a time. She didn't give up. She stood up to alllll the ppl on customer service side and the supervisors. The lady got everything done for me. A big relief. I owe this lady, especially after being on hold for 1 and 2 hours numerous times..This lady I feel should be a manager or supervisor. She knows her job. Y'all when I say the memory has is beyond great. I can hand her my phone (days later) she knows my code to my phone. This lady should be in the field getting paid. Love you Amanda... ~Ashanta

Since I came here to Jackson Hewitt 3 years ago I love the way this beautiful ladies be treating me and they answer all my questions. I had Emily today for my appointment and she was able to answer all the questions I had about my tax return. I will continue returning here every year that follows. Unbelievable the female employee in this picture laughing and dancing holding her middle finger up. It's not right to us customers who simply are just enjoying life stopping for gas and told Because I had an 8 week puppy on my shoulder who by the way has it's shots and pprwrk and cash only to pay for the gas on me at the time. Got the middle finger and laughs while dancing when I had ask for the information to call and make a complaint for the hostility and disrespectful employees. We are pressing to have these employees discharged from there jobs. We will continue to take action over this matter. The type of environment in this circle k employee could be positive and motivating to customers. Very toxic and we ask Circle K to take disciplinary action and discharge Bernice bad employee. ~Harley

I would have given a five star on this place because at one point i was a regular customer here, i came in without fail every morning and some times multiple times a day but now i try to avoid coming to this gas station because i was threatened by a manager that was on the clock and then chased out of the store and she was threatening me and trying to fight me, so then i tried to come back maybe a week later withe my daughter nephew and mother-in-law and the same woman approached me and then tells me i was not allowed in the store any more so i proceed to leave and gave my card to my mother-in-law my card for her to use for the childrens items and the woman took all there things and threw it in the trash and told them they were all kicked out and tried to call the police but after all of this we spoke with a manager the next day and was cleared that we were allowed to come to the store and apologized to and asked to report the woman to corporate but even after the apology im still not comfortable coming into the store so i just dont go anymore ~Jessica

I loved this bank and the people that work here are amazing. BUT, I had my identity stolen and all my money taken out of my account. I worked with Midland to get my card canceled and they assured me it was over. The next day more money was taken out, they told me it chargers that haven't shown yet and it was over. Then two days later my next paycheck was starting to be taken out of my account. If I knew this was going to continue I wouldn't have deposited my check. You guys handle this for a living, why could I get better advice from you or just stop giving them my money all together. I don't feel safer with Midland, and I'll change this message if things get better. ~Greg
