Best mortgage lender in Kankakee, Illinois (IL) 2024

I loved this bank and the people that work here are amazing. BUT, I had my identity stolen and all my money taken out of my account. I worked with Midland to get my card canceled and they assured me it was over. The next day more money was taken out, they told me it chargers that haven't shown yet and it was over. Then two days later my next paycheck was starting to be taken out of my account. If I knew this was going to continue I wouldn't have deposited my check. You guys handle this for a living, why could I get better advice from you or just stop giving them my money all together. I don't feel safer with Midland, and I'll change this message if things get better. ~Greg

Catherine at the bourbonnais office is amazing! She helped us set up our personal accounts and get everything set up with the app during covid over the phone and email. Recently, we were able to go in and get a business account set up. She walked us thru every step and made sure we understood. All do the staff at the branch is wonderful every time I’ve had to come in. ~Sherilyn
