Best garage door supplier in Monticello, Illinois (IL) 2024

Had appointment set up for a Monday morning. My daughter ended up breaking a bone and I had to go to a Dr appointment for her. I called the owner and explained to him I won’t be home but if he is ok with it then I am ok with them doing the job while I’m not there, as I’d be home before they are done. He told me that’s perfectly ok and they would be there when I arrived. They didn’t show up nor did they answer or return my phone call wondering why they didn’t show up to do the job they were scheduled to do. Horrendous communication by the owner. I’ll be letting whomever know about this situation that is wanting garage door repair done. ~dustin
