The employees that work here in chase are amazing! They are soo patient and helpful even when i asked them a million questions! I literally pass 2 chase banks just to come here becuase of how polite and respectful they are! True true professionalism!! ~Janjo

I have multiple accounts at Fifth Third, both business and personal. I don't go into my local branch too often but when I do I'm greeted by name. May sound silly but these days that personal touch is great. When I call, sometimes the on-hold can be a little long but in the rare instance I have a problem the customer service is outstanding.
