Jackie is the only clerk working at Poplar Grove and I’m sure it’ can be overwhelming. The question is why is there only one person working there. I think she does an amazing job. She refers people to Belvedere where the Supervisors are. They have access to the sites to assist customers. That’s what they get paid to do. She’s doing her job! ~Althea

Just stopped there to pick up one item. Don’t usually shop there because they are very expensive, and the store is not clean. None of the employees and many of the customers were not wearing masks. I asked the manager why and he said Illinois hasn’t had a mask mandate since Sept so everyone could do what they want. Obviously not true. If you care about your health, don’t want to overpay and don’t like being lied to you should shop somewhere else. ~Penny
