Best atm in Rock Island, Illinois (IL) 2024

I've seen a lot of negative reviews on this branch and I'm sure each and everyone is accurate because people really don't have the need to write negative stuff without good reason but I guess it always depends on what kind of individual is helping you in the bank. I went to this branch last week and a banker by the name of Marcie Rud helped me set up an account, I have literally never had such a great bank experience in my life. She was extremely polite, kind, patient, gentle and respectful. She helped me set everything up and I just had such a wonderful experience. She only came to this branch temporarily though, she works at the moline branch regularly so I would highly advise calling and checking if it's possible to get an appointment with her. Tipping bankers should be a thing, I had no way whatsoever to show my gratitude to her but she was great help. ~Argent
