Best gas station in Rockford, Illinois (IL) 2025

The place seems very unkept/dirty and customer service was okish ~Madii

Lady there who has a tattoo on her neck had such an attitude with me. I waited 10 mins for this lady ahead of me to finish talking to her. I was nice and patient. I told her what car was mine and I said I think its pump 10. But emphasized my car which you could see clearly. I went out and nothing. I went back in and said which pump did you put it on? She said with a huge attitude pump 10 like you said. I said I had told her several times what car it was and it was one of two cars. I said nothing else and left. Not a big deal but her attitude was ridiculous so I had to say something. After waiting 10 mins patiently she acts all snotty purposely putting it on pump 10. No sorry or anything. I would not recommend going there. There are plenty others right nearby. Oh yeah, I wouldn't have had to go in if their credit card worked at the pump. ~Jennifer

They are always nice to me. Even when my fingers where broken they help me pick up my change when they seen the splint on my hand. ~Travis
