Best physical fitness program in Rockford, Illinois (IL) 2024

Not a day goes by that I leave there wondering if I got a good workout, because each day I’m pushing myself to my own physical limits. I love that it’s one hour of something I do just for me, no calls, no customers, just me and my own workout. I leave there feeling awesome each time. The instructors are all so encouraging, fun and friendly. When you hit a goal or PR, you’re celebrated! The overall format works for me as well, I need to be told what to do. The members there are also friendly and everyone supports and pushed each other. The front desk staff of wonderful too. No negative competitive vibes here. It’s just me versus me. I honestly can’t say enough good things about OT! ~Kelly
