Best auto repair shop in Salem, Illinois (IL) 2024

Everyone was very nice. They were short handed and closed at four and busy. But the guy fit me in at the last. Than you for that. I needed a new tire. I had to wait over an hour and half but got my tire. There was like three guys and one woman working. But everyone was just standing around except one guy who was doing my tire. I felt bad for the numerous people they had to turn away. ~Sherry

Best car buying experience I've had! We live 3 hrs away but found the car online and contacted the dealership. Kenny D promptly responded and was amazing to work with. His communication was top notch during the entire process and even after the sale. He arranged to have the car delivered to our door on our desired timeframe. The delivery drivers were very pleasant and courteous - had the car fueled up and washed when it arrived.
